Rehman was excited to hear that Medway Hospital has been chosen as 1 out of 30 hospitals to be granted £3.85 million in additional funding for emergency care. This will help reduce waiting lists. Rehman will continue to campaign for a new hospital for Medway, having previously raised this with the Prime Minister and other Ministers.
