Rehman welcomed the Vice Chancellor of Canterbury Christ Church University (which has a campus in Medway), Professor Rama Thirunamachandran, to parliament to hear about their excellent work including the £14.8 million investment to develop Kent & Medway Engineering and Design Growth and Enterprise Hub.
